As a superior event planning firm, our goal is to take the stress out of the wedding day by using our experienced and skilled professionals to arrange and oversee every detail and bring our client's vision to reality. From intimate gatherings to grand productions every wedding will reflect the bride and groom's personal style.

Wedding Weekend Coordination

  • Attend rehearsal
    (will direct if necessary)
  • Execute all wedding plans with

  • Ceremony coordination including

    transporting items, bustle wedding

  • Distribute last payments / gratuities
  • Direct load of all items into
    appropriate vehicle

Full Service Wedding Coordination

  • All services listed in weekend
    coordination, plus:
  • Creation of wedding binder with
    comprehensive timeline
  • Call to schedule vendor appointments
  • Attend vendors appointments
    (time/location mutually agreed upon)
  • Create customized budget and
    wedding task list
  • One-hour consulting meeting 
    each month prior to wedding
  • Create announcements for paper
  • Assist with creation of menu,
    floor plans, music selection
    and invitations and programs
  • Attend one-hour finalization
    meeting with each vendor

family is different, we customize pricing
and services based on your specific needs.

Payment Policies

· A non-refundable deposit is due at the signing of the contract. The final payment is due at least 15 days prior to the final event. 

· Checks are payable to Custom Event Concepts

· Visa/Mastercard accepted via PayPal (4% surcharge)

· A $25 late fee is applied to all past due invoices and on all returned checks
